HP777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and HP777, the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at hp777.online. 3. Account Responsibilities

Each individual may hold only one HP777 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and permanent ban from the platform.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your HP777 login credentials (username and password).
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Ensuring that no other person, including family members, uses your account to place bets or access games.
• Logging out of your HP777 account when using shared or public devices.

4. Deposits & Payments

HP777 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently available for deposits:

All funds deposited on HP777 must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation. HP777 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of real money balances from their HP777 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your HP777 account.
• Any bonus-derived funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before being eligible for withdrawal (see Section 6).

7. Gaming Rules

All casino games on HP777 — including Roulette, Poker, Baccarat, Aviator, Crash Games, and Ludo — are governed by the following general rules in addition to the specific rules published within each game:

• All game outcomes on HP777 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited for fairness and randomness. No player or HP777 staff member can influence game outcomes.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and submitted on HP777, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — HP777 will apply standard resolution rules. For games where a round was not completed, the stake will be returned to the player's balance. For games where a result was determined before the fault, the result stands.
• HP777 reserves the right to void bets that were placed in error due to a software or display fault that caused incorrect odds or game parameters to be shown.
• For Ludo specifically, the auto-move rule applies: if a player's turn timer expires due to disconnection or inactivity, the system will make an automatic token move and play will continue.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on HP777 — including cricket, football, and other available markets — is subject to the following rules:

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes HP777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Pakistani law.

HP777's total liability to any player in respect of any claim is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Amendments to Terms
